The initial consultation can be conducted by telephone, through a series of emails or at a face-to-face meeting. We always reveal some "excellent ideas" to progress the project. However as a bonus we nearly always come up with ways for the client to do some of his own Internet marketing without any extra costs being incurred.

Analysis of a main page against a top search engine to enable us to point out any weak areas in relation to keyword frequencies, content and distribution.

Discuss and agree best keywords to target. We currently use up to 8 different pieces of software, (including some specialist commercial software) to help with search engine analysis, marketing and implementation. However at the end of the day we will personally help you make the right choice using our own real world experience and up-to-date knowledge of marketing, consumers, search engines and the internet in general as opposed to relying on any piece of software. The software is just a tool to help reduce the workload; it does not do the job for us.

Implementation or delivery of specially designed meta tags for you to use in any of your pages or for us to place on one of your pages as an example for you to copy.

A report detailing which of your web pages are now listed on which of the top 20 search engines and in what position you are placed. This is provided at a later stage due to the larger search engines updating only once every 6 weeks.

This type of mini project leaves a lot of potential untapped. However it is better than no project at all and once you have the Meta tags you can duplicate these on to every page of your site and any new pages you add later. WARNING. In the ideal corporate type mission you would have different Meta tags and page content on every page and each would have been hand crafted by myself to target multiple revenue streams, multiple clients and multiple keyword attractors. However a mini project like this can still be reasonably effective on specialist keywords or for niche markets.

Also referred to as a doorway or gateway page. This is a page designed with your current web image in mind but with the aim being to target specific search engines with specific keyword themes in mind. This nearly always produces far superior results than clients existing home page ever could without a re-design.

Manual submission to at least the top 20 search engines and any other search engines we may be testing at the time. We even use our buying power with certain top search engines to ensure your site gets priority treatment. All charges are either included in the project or passed on at our specially negotiated cost prices.

      Submission to approximately a further 80 search engines and directories.

      Submission to approximately a further 900 search engines and directories.

      Submission of links to approximately 400,000 link pages which helps generate links needed to improve rankings elsewhere on the web.

Once the project is completed and launched we need to analyse the results. As most large search engines update at least once every 6 weeks we usually wait 6 weeks and then run a report to help you see just how well you are doing. If you are impressed then you may want to proceed with a regular project for a period of time. In this 2^nd stage we usually agree with the client some targets and then work towards them on a weekly monthly or quarterly basis.

This type of project is much more flexible than the taster and doesn't really have any drawbacks. As far as we are currently aware this is the most professional way to progress a search engine solution. We leave no stone unturned in this project and the only limitation to potential here is that we can not get you any higher than Number One.
